How do I book?
We do all of our bookings through VRBO to protect the renter and to protect us as the seller. Our website direct link is HERE.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortuneately we are unable to accommodate pets. If you have a service animal, we must charge an additional $250 pet fee.
Is this home on the lake?
YES! We are as close to the lake as you can get! Check out our pictures HERE to see how close we are!
Is this home handicap accessible?
We do not meet all of the requirements to be handi-cap accessible, but we do have features in the home that make it easier for persons in wheelchairs. For example, we have wide wallways and doorways & we have a ramp that leads around to the back of the home. If you need more information regarding specific details, please send us a message & we can be more specific! We want to be accommodating to everyone so we go above and beyond to help our guests determine if our home will work for them!
Can I fish at the home?
Yes, you can definitely fish at the home. Most people fish off of the dock. Please be aware of Arkansas laws with fishing permits. Click HERE for a link about fishing laws in Arkansas!
What is there to do in Hot Springs?
There is always a lot going on in our town! Our most popular attractions are the horse races that take place January through May. Of course, our town is a National Park so checking out Downtown & the Bathhouses is a must! We also have the theme park, Magic Springs. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. or earlier & Check-out is 11:00 a.m. or earlier.
Do you have internet and/or a television service?
Yes! We have wi-fi internet & we have cable television. We have most popular channels.
I want to bring my boat with us. Will we have a place to park it in the water?
Yes! A boat stall is included with each rental. We recommend bringing bumpers to keep your boat safe in the stall if any waves happen to move the boat.
I don't have a boat, but I still want to enjoy Lake Hamilton. What are my options?
There are several local marinas that rent party barges that can help you out!
